Montgomery Bucks U12 is open to players born on or after 9/1/2012. This co-ed division builds on foundational rugby skills while introducing players to structured game play in a safe, supportive environment.

At U12, the focus is on learning the game the right way.

Players develop passing, catching, spacing, communication, and teamwork — while gradually being introduced to contact concepts with an emphasis on safety and proper form. Coaches prioritize confidence, awareness, and positive habits that prepare athletes for the next level.

This is where fun begins to meet responsibility.

U12 players learn how to compete with effort, support their teammates, and take pride in representing Montgomery Bucks. The goal is steady development — building strong fundamentals and strong character that will carry forward through every stage of the club pathway.
